IC Design: RF/MMIC power amplifier design considerations

Integrated circuit RF/MMIC power amplifiers are getting more and more popular. The PAs can be standalone or part of a larger device. Multiple technologies exist for the implemntation of the circuits from CMOS to III-V. For the designer of these circuits different technologies present different challenges.
